    This location is amazing ! I prefer this one than my closest location on Capital Blvd. They always get my breakfast just right so I don’t mind going out of my to pick up breakfast before I head to work. Thank you!

    My mother doesn’t write reviews, but I do. She went to go and get the mango pineapple refresher with protein milk from this location (1/16/26). I told her if she got this drink, she may be getting a cup with it because of a collaboration going on with Megan “Meg” Thee Stallion. When she got home, she informed me that the young lady (via drive-thru) that gave her the drink told her that the cup “didn’t have her [Megan] face on it”. That it was just a “plain cup with words”. My mother replied back saying that wasn’t a problem, she still wanted it. The young lady insisted the same information again — never implying that they were out of cups. The drink itself was really good! The Megan cup would have been nice to have due to her spending her $ at this location. However, it seems like the worker may have wanted the last supply for themselves. Please, do better. I’m disappointed, that the young lady wasn’t clear of whether or not the cup was still in stock.

    First of all, I will have to say this is one of the best locations I have been to. The whole crew working the morning of Friday, January 16 and around 10:30 AM. They were outstanding. The level of service provided. The friendliness provided. And more. I unfortunately did not catch names, but I need management to go back and look at the schedule to see who was working because all of them need to be praised for their level of service and their kindness and patience. They were rocking and rolling in there and although I had to wait an extra minute or so it was well worth it because they were so friendly so kind the greetings were great and it was all smiles. Kudos to this team for a great staff on shift.

    I wish we could give negative ratings. I’ve never had such an absurd experience at a Dunkin’. We were ordering a dozen donuts and asked for six strawberry frosted—only to be told there’s a max of three, per the manager. No reason, no flexibility, just “get vanilla instead or place a custom order in advance.” If a product is that popular, the solution is to make more—not turn customers away. The manager was rude, dismissive, and acted like our business didn’t matter. Are customers supposed to place multiple orders to get what they want? Who knows—no one bothered to explain. Thanks for making it an easy decision to never come back.
