Today must be a busy day for the staff given the weather. The problem is Dominos corporate has implemented automated AI call screening system. It is effectively impossible to reach the store by phone. I just placed an order that suddenly showed a 90-minute delivery time, which doesn’t work for me. There is no option to cancel the order in the app, so I tried calling the store. The AI agent can’t help with anything, and after that the phone just rings endlessly. Every time you call back, the AI agent will just say "Your delivery order has been received." No way to reach a human, no way to cancel, no way to fix the issue. When you call Domino's corporate customer service, there's no response there either. They text you a link to the Contact Us form or you can text an AI chatbot.

I then headed to the curve side to pick it up. It took them 30 mins after I arrived and hit I am here, to bring my order. When attempting to contact the store, the phone just rung with no answer. Not to mention when I finally received the order it was wrong. My pizza was missing toppings (chicken). Unfortunately, I did not check before leaving and going home. Once again the phone just rung. I reached out to corporate with no success. I will not recommend Domino's to anyone and they will not receive anymore of my money.
