Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone spoke very rudely for no reason. I greeted her politely and simply asked about my order status, but she cut the call before I even finished speaking. This is not acceptable behavior, especially toward a customer. If you have call recordings, I request that a supervisor or manager listen to them, because this kind of attitude can really hurt your business. I am pleased with his effort to make everything right. I even emailed the corporate office about the terrible employees at this dominos, and I don't think they even care either. Just goes to show how pointless it is to complain about how these franchisees treat the very people that they charge money for a service, and not provide good service. I'll never spend money at any dominos again. Rude employee. No respect for customers. When I asked to speak to the manager, this employee said there wasn't a manager there. I asked his name. He said "don't worry about it" there are nothing but bad reviews at this location. I should have looked before ordering. I won't make that mistake again.
