Delivery windows are wildly inaccurate and the "tracker" only works sometimes. Placed an order today and it was an hour before it even started getting prepped. I do not typically complain, but this is a regular issue from this store. I have received numerous "that order was not what he had hoped" emails over the past couple of years. I don't want free stuff, just timely orders, and at least communication if there is a problem.
