  The pizza was so dry it was the driest cheese toast I have ever had that they called pizza and it was hot and ready with less than two miles away never again

  Got the notification that my pizza was done I could see my order across the counter. Had to wait 20 min before they would hand it to me. I made eye contact multiple times but ignored me with airpods in. Got home and realized the forgot to give me the drinks and made the pizza wrong! Unbelievable worst dominos ever.

  Food preparation is never ready when they say it will be ready. In 5 years it has been the same way. The order is never ready on time. They need to stop taking so many orders because they cannot handle all those orders at once. And the one manager always has an attitude.

  This store is trash. The manager has no idea how to run the store. I think his name is Josh. He constantly has to give refunds because of the amount of hours it takes for someone to get a simple pizza. I thought I was tripping until I read the other reviews. This man is rude and disrespectful to his patiently waiting customers. I have heard derogatory remarks from him and disrespect to the women. I can only imagine how his staff feel working under him. I would highly advise corporate to look into this because they are losing money and customers behind the way the store is being ran. There is no reason I should get disrespected from an angry man for a $7 pizza. Highly recommended Pizza Hut across the street never had an issue with them. Sometimes it’s better to pay more to not get disrespected or wait for hours. Walmart vs target vibes for sure.

  This Dominos will be the reason I will never order Dominos. I have never been so disrespected until tonight and it left a bad taste in mouth. I ordered my pizza online and arrived ten minutes later and my pizza was still under prep. They were super busy and that is understandable. I was crunching for time and I realize this was not going to be in a and out. I requested a refund so that I could run across the street to grab my children something else to eat because I chose a bad time. The man the pizza was getting ready to go in the oven and it would probably be more ten more minutes if I was able to wait. Okay fine a long time goes by. I’m in 45 minutes into placing my order and my status had said ready for pick up for 10 minutes even though it was not ready. I understood it was busy and I’m not bad at the workers. I picked a terrible time but when I requested my refund to go somewhere else so I can get somewhere on time and they could not fulfill the order especially after changing my status to ready knowing damn well it was not ready they have communicated that so I could have done something else. I said that without talking trash to the employees because I was frustrated. One worker said they will give my pizza and a refund because they understood my frustration. Instead the GM never talked to me asked me anything just gave me my refund. I sat there because I was told I was still getting the pizza after waiting 45 minutes and he told me no you can leave now. He was rude as hell and I lost it because I avoided confrontation just to walk out like the aggressor because I spoke up for myself and I was put in a position that i shouldn’t have to be because the general manager decided not to do his job and check on and listen to his customers. He disrespected me so bad I’m done with not only this store but dominoes all together. All I wanted was to get a refund to come back at a better time. Instead I got my refund no pizza and mouth full of disrespect because the gm don’t know how or refuse to deal with a frustrated customer. I didn’t disrespect not one employee they were working really hard but the lack of communication in there is terrible.
