The way the staff treated me was absolutely unacceptable — they were rude, arrogant, and acted like they were doing me a favor by even taking my order. What really made me furious was that I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and I literally saw the staff use the same cutter that they used for non-vegetarian pizzas. When I confronted them about it, instead of apologizing, they started arguing with me! One person claimed to be the manager, and then another one said the same thing — clearly no one wanted to take responsibility. As someone who strictly eats vegetarian food, this was beyond disappointing — it was disrespectful and unhygienic. If Domino’s can’t even maintain basic food separation and respect customers’ dietary choices, that’s a huge problem. The situation became even worse when one of the staff members — who claimed to be the manager — threatened me and told me that he would call the police if I did not leave. He then canceled my order without my consent and wasted my time while I was waiting in the lobby. I also want to inform you that I have video evidence of the staff’s threatening behavior and their actions inside the store. I’ve lost all trust in this place. The attitude, the carelessness, and the way they handled the situation were all terrible. Domino’s really needs to take this seriously — your staff needs training in both hygiene and basic manners. request that Domino’s take immediate and strict action against the staff involved and ensure that such incidents never happen again. Please investigate this matter urgently and provide a formal response.
