My average size order took an hour an a half to be delivered and the driver (Blade) asked for a tip and wouldn't leave until I gave him one. Called the store to tell them and they hung up.

Rough recently especially. Lots of mistakes on orders over the last couple months, and Friday nights have been super delayed. Ordering scheduled ahead is pointless, doesn't help. Consistently have to wait 30-40 minutes after the estimated time if we do carry out.

No one knows how to read at this location. I have given them chance after chance and each order I place is wrong. The only thing that kept me coming was the online ordering deals. Tonight was it. No more. I'll use up my free app points and I won't be ordering from this location anymore. When someone says no garlic oil on their crust they mean NO GARLIC OIL ON THEIR CRUST. When someone wants one topping on the right and a different one on the left that doesn't mean NO TOPPINGS ON THE LEFT. Unreal.

Ordered a pizza over a hour in advance of arriving to the store. Got to the store to be told “we just got a large order so it’s going to be another hour and a half before your order is ready”. I can literally buy the ingredients and make a pizza in a hour and a half. Won’t be back.

Domino's efforts at improving customer service clearly have not reached the Strickland Road location. If you're picking up from the store it usually goes okay unless they are really busy, but their delivery is a joke. One time, I ordered and the pizza never came. Most of the time it's slow to arrive and lukewarm. Tonight, I received notice the driver left the store at 8:18 pm. At 8:42, I got a notice he was in my neighborhood. (Note: I was not actively watching the delivery tracker, I saw these all after the delivery.) I can drive to the store in less than 5 minutes. Okay, so he had other deliveries on the way. But after about 25 minutes in his car, what does he do with my probably already lukewarm pies? He leaves them on the stoop (temps are in the 40s) and doesn't ring the bell. So it's not until almost 9 pm that my son looks out the door and sees the now cold pizzas. We did NOT request for the pizzas to be left outside, and even if we did, who thinks it's a good idea to leave the pizza and not ring the bell? I called to talk to a manager and sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever picked up. Whoever owns this Domino's should be embarrassed with this level of customer "service." I don't know why I give this place any business at all when there are better shops that deliver hot pizza using drivers that are often quite pleasant and thank me for my business. Domino's may be less expensive, but the few bucks saved isn't worth it. Take my advice and shop elsewhere.
