Ordered a pizza over a hour in advance of arriving to the store. Got to the store to be told “we just got a large order so it’s going to be another hour and a half before your order is ready”. I can literally buy the ingredients and make a pizza in a hour and a half. Won’t be back.

Domino's efforts at improving customer service clearly have not reached the Strickland Road location. If you're picking up from the store it usually goes okay unless they are really busy, but their delivery is a joke. One time, I ordered and the pizza never came. Most of the time it's slow to arrive and lukewarm. Tonight, I received notice the driver left the store at 8:18 pm. At 8:42, I got a notice he was in my neighborhood. (Note: I was not actively watching the delivery tracker, I saw these all after the delivery.) I can drive to the store in less than 5 minutes. Okay, so he had other deliveries on the way. But after about 25 minutes in his car, what does he do with my probably already lukewarm pies? He leaves them on the stoop (temps are in the 40s) and doesn't ring the bell. So it's not until almost 9 pm that my son looks out the door and sees the now cold pizzas. We did NOT request for the pizzas to be left outside, and even if we did, who thinks it's a good idea to leave the pizza and not ring the bell? I called to talk to a manager and sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever picked up. Whoever owns this Domino's should be embarrassed with this level of customer "service." I don't know why I give this place any business at all when there are better shops that deliver hot pizza using drivers that are often quite pleasant and thank me for my business. Domino's may be less expensive, but the few bucks saved isn't worth it. Take my advice and shop elsewhere.

I got a pizza here just a bit ago and honestly, it was one of the best carry out pizzas I’ve ever had from any fast pizza chain, staff was friendly and helpful.

I picked up dinner here last night and was not pleased.I live across the street from this location and my pizza was not hot was lukewarm .My pizza definitely didn’t taste freshly made taste like it was just warmed up crust wasn’t fresh tasted are nice and soft. Also ordered the Italian marinate if spelled correctly that taste not freshly made may have just been warmed up. I won’t be back been coming here a long time but was not happy last night.
