I have been a loyal customer for the past two years, but my recent experiences have not met the standards. I have noticed that an employee who previously worked at this location is no longer present. The heavy set light skin girl is who i'm missing!! she consistently provided excellent service, NEVER FAILED TO MAKE MY BOWLS SO GOOD!! and she also was the best burrito roller there (according to my wife). She was so funny and I absolutely loved her! IF SHE WAS WORKING SHE WOULD BE THE ONLY ONE MAKING MY ENTREES!! but... during my recent visits, I have seen that there is new staff members who have not demonstrated the same level of courtesy or attentiveness and let's not talk about the PORTION SIZES! TERRIBLE! I TRULEY hope the management will take this feedback into consideration and work toward restoring this crappy place!!!!!!!!!

Today I was yelled at because I wouldn’t give the homeless man money. He called me a stripper!! The police that sit in the parking lot won’t do anything they said the management needs to call and have these people trespassed. I’ve already called corporate and I do expect an update on what is being done about the situation. This is completely unacceptable.

They gave me a whisper of rice, a mountain of lettuce and hardly any chicken. My bowl was just lettuce and undercooked rice. Normally I attribute the bad service to just the employees and not the restaurant as a whole, but It was so bad that I will not be returning.
