It took me 12 minutes to get there, upon my arrival it took at least 4 or 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the counter. When I told them my name the guy went and very begrudgingly looked at the the only three to-go bags that were there. Looked at me and said we don't have an order by that name. I then pulled my email and showed him and confirmed that it was the correct address. He went back and looked again and then handed me my bag where my name was clearly printed. I don't know if he couldn't read or what, but that type of service is unacceptable and there's a reason they have less than four stars.
