This was "dismissed" following a BBB complaint as the company initially refused to acknowledge my explanation of the free parking for customers. I could have been scammed if I didn't have proof of purchase from Chipotle!

During dinner, they were cleaning windows with supplies scattered around... during prime dinner time... it reeked of bleach and I don't know why they thought " yea let me do this right now " is a good idea. They were out of chicken, making me wait 15 minutes.. no biggie but note they say they have " EVERYTHING ELSE " this is important for later. After a short wait, as they started assembling my bowl with rice, beans, and chicken, I asked for fajita veggies, only to be told they were out, despite having "everything else." There were fajita veggies on the grill, but they refused to give them to me. At the register, after being told again that they were out of fajita veggies, the same lady said, "I already told her that." With this biggest attitude I've been given. Chipotle needs to address its customer service training because it's seriously sucks. Maybe tell your employers to leave there attitude at home.
