    Decided to purchase lunch at this Chipotle location today and I terribly regret that I did…. It was awful! I was about to order the Sofritas but noticed that it looked very dry and clumpy so I asked for a fresh batch. Thought the new batch would have been better, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The Sofritas mixture was very watery or watered down and tasteless. It was absolutely thee worst meal I’ve had at this establishment and the beans were no better…. Just dry!! Not sure who made the decision to serve the sofritas like that, but it was a bad decision. First impressions are important as well as the taste and quality of the food. This dish was low quality and not something I would order again, at least at this location. Shame on Chipotle!! I do not recommend this place. Next time, I’ll go next door where the quality of food is better.

    I wanted to pay for a double portion of a topping, and they said they don't do double portions... I looked up the rules, and double rice is usually free! I said I'd gladly pay for the extra portion, but they refused until I spoke to a new emoloyee. It felt discriminatory.

    Terrible customer service from the brown skin girl with colorful hair and white blonde man and old white man at the register. I stopped in while traveling from out of town to order a kids quesadilla and a regular size quesadilla. I was told that you have to order the regular size quesadilla in the Chipotle app. No problem. I asked them for the ZIP Code as I was not from the area and traveling from out of town. the black girl with the colorful hair looked at me like I was crazy so I did a Google search to try to find the location to make the digital order. It’s still not coming up and so I speak to The Workers to say hey I’m not finding the store in the app so I can order this quesadilla and they’re all just giving me blank stares. Don’t say anything back looking at me like I’m crazy when the customer is having an issue trying to order to give you guys money. No one was helpful. I ended up canceling everything and just leaving out such terrible customer service from Teen workers who obviously don’t care about their jobs.

    Horrific service they employ people who do not speak English and then overcharge you, charged me and my buddy double back to back. Rude entire way through the line. Portions awful too.

    Easily the worst customer service I have ever received. No one was wearing name tags so I am unsure who to complain about but I was there at 12:30 pm on 12/11/2025 and the lady working the line had the worst manners and customer service. You never tell the customer they cannot have more of something, especially after they offer to PAY EXTRA. I frequent many chipotles and acquire thousands of points a year but the lack of customer service has definitely steered me away from ever coming to this location or any in the Raleigh area again.
