The staff members were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the ordering process, which I appreciated. The line moved at a steady pace, and the restaurant itself appeared reasonably clean and organized. However, the food quality was not what I expected. I ordered beef, but it honestly looked more like chicken when it was served. The meat was extremely dry and tough—almost like chewing on rawhide. It lacked flavor and didn’t have the tender texture I usually associate with Chipotle. The rest of the ingredients were average at best, but nothing stood out enough to make up for the subpar protein. Because of the poor quality of the meat, I can only give this visit 2 stars.

Unfortunately, the portion sizes were quite small, the cheese was very dry and the service was not satisfactory.. My child loves Chipotle but during yesterday’s visit she left most of her meal for the very first time. That clearly showed how disappointing the food quality and portions were mad not worth the price!!
