I politely showed staff my quesadillas had very little chicken. Maybe a large spoon full. Staff did replace my quesadillas; however, when I informed them of the undercooked rice and unthawed corn they told me the corn was not frozen. I asked if I could get rice and corn from the main line and they said it was prepared in the same batch. Staff insisted the corn was thawed out and gave me a few pieces to try and I confirmed again it was not completely thawed. A staff member also tried it and painfully admitted it was still frozen. None of the staff apologized for the bad quality of food and handled me rudely. Terrible food and terrible customer service. I will not be back to this Chipotle.

She was also on her phone while there was customers and continued to be on her phone and yelled at her employee infront of us for giving normal size portions. The woman working the line by the rice/protein around 6 PM was talking under her breath with an attitude the entire time. If you hate your job, that’s not the customer’s problem. You applied for it. Take that frustration up with management or corporate for running promos not out on paying customers.
