    Tiny portions like the other reviews say probably because it hasn’t been open long and workers don’t know how to do their job yet!

    The steak is always overcooked and destroyed like dog chew. Unfortunately it’s the closest to me so I figured I’d give it a shot again but it’s so inedible every time.

    I ordered 2 bowls via the mobile app. My order was ready 15 minutes past the requested time. When I arrived home, one of the bowls in my bag was not part of my order and had a different name on it. I had to go back to the store and re-order the bowl that was missing, but they incorrectly made that bowl. The person behind the counter did not know which salsa was tomatillo, and when I asked for it she put on the spicy red salsa instead of the tomatillo green salsa. I also requested queso blanco and she put on the new queso instead.

    Queso was chunky and cold. Burrito very poorly made, hanging out of foil wrapper, touching other items in the bag. Chips were very stale. We eat at chipotle frequently, may avoid this one until they improve.

    The poor girl working mobile orders alone on 12/13 was very nice. She was obviously very stressed and doing the best she could. The place was packed and our mobile order was 30 minutes late. I do not blame the worker but management. There should be more than one person working mobile orders on a Saturday night. Portions were great but food was cold even though we picked it up immediately after it was made (because we waited 30 mins)…
