Chicken, rice, greens, pita crisps everything was half the portion i got last week and overall it was not even enough for 1 adult (all my previous orders it was more than enough quantity for 1 person). This was really unfortunate and unacceptable, i expected much better consistency with this store. I hope this is a one off thing and won't happen in future.

The only issue I have ever ran into here is a table not being completely clean but every time that has happened it has been in the middle of a rush and the restaurant was full! I’m sure they just hadn’t gotten to it yet. If you’ve never tried Cava this location would be a good one to start at!
- SPS ParrishFeb 19, 20262.0I ordered the kids pita like I most always do and to my surprise the pita was now a quarter of a pita with possibly one ounce of chicken as my protein. I know because my dog eats two ounces of raw beef so I am familiar with portion sizes. There was not enough chicken to even eat along with the tiny pita. Then when I went to pay it was $3 more because they are now charging for the pita chips that had come with the meal through 2025. You used to be able to choose between pita chips or carrot sticks so I don’t know if carrot sticks has the same up-charge. I will say the woman that served me always gives me less food than the other servers. The kids meal will normally be plenty for an adult who doesn’t have a big appetite, but today it wasn’t enough to feed a typical child.

Ordering was easy with help from the eye level menus, service was great, I believe the guys name was Jay and despite arriving an hour before closing, he was still very polite, patient, and accommodating. The food was delicious. Will absolutely visit this location again.
