- SHShae HighNov 1, 20255.0Hello I would like to first and foremost say I dined in here the first time, an let it be known it was my first time eating here .. the one aassociate name Cam made my bowl, he was very much helpful, and so kind an polite .. he recommended great food topping choices for my bowl when I asked him what are some great topping choices , as well as the manager Mark, that guy has a welcoming, helpful, outstanding personality as well, he stepped in to also help the associate Cam out with giving great meat choices advice to choose from for my rice bowl .. an also was super friendly .. if I was a restaurant owner myself I would most definitely hired these two gentlemen anytime .

I’m not sure if someone is stuffing them in their pants instead or just don’t care enough to do the job they are paid to do. Also it’s absolutely ridiculous how the phone number provided doesn’t do anything but a circle jerk with your time. Completely useless to even have the number provided.
- PDPua DOct 28, 20255.0I am new to cava but this one in the village is good but Caleb has to make your bowl! If he is there, you will get a bowl the way it is advertised! I ordered online once and got "chipotled" y'all know what i mean, bowl half full and missing several ingredients... lol but when i go in to get it and Caleb is there.....this man makes it the way you expect to get it! So thank you cava for having Caleb there but he needs to train every new employee that comes through those doors! But I have to say, the food is delicious and healthy.
