  I work for a company which brings in business partners from all over the world. Since this location is so close, we've been recommending it to everyone for lunch and dinner options. On 11/18, we had a group put in a sizeable order 2 hours ahead of pickup time. When one of my employees went to grab the food, she encountered someone on the management team who was screaming and cussing out another customer. Following that interaction, my employee attempted to get the food only to find out that not only was it not ready, but they were refusing to make it. The manager made no attempt to contact us to let us know the order could not be fulfilled and never bothered to issue a refund. Myself and my business associates bring this particular location thousands of dollars a week. This will no longer be the case as we are removing Cava from our food recommendations list, and I am actively discouraging people from ordering food here -- what's the point if you're not getting your food AND they're not giving your money back? Poor customer service and low effort management.

  I always like coming to CAVA, because their food is delicious, their service is great (even when they're short-staffed), and I enjoy the lively & simultaneously relaxing atmosphere. The only challenge is the parking & I know they are working on that!

  Take out printer broke down; a good dozen tickets ranked up. Manager didn't stick around to help, had to get a different counter person to help me. my dinner ticket had to be recalled and recreated. 30 minute wait on a pick up order that was placed an hour ago. If I ordered in person, it would be done by now.

I opted for a customized bowl, starting with the delicious basmati rice and perfectly cooked half-and-half greens. The choices for toppings are abundant, allowing you to tailor your meal perfectly. ​The bold, authentic flavors are the real star. The dips, like the classic hummus and the incredible Spicy Feta, add a fantastic kick, and the dressings are truly next-level. I paired my bowl with the Lemon Herb Tahini, which provided a bright, zesty counterpoint to the savory grilled chicken. Everything tasted perfectly seasoned and remarkably light, yet completely satisfying. ​Beyond the food, the service was quick and friendly, making the whole process of customization seamless, even during a busy lunch rush.
