It was cheesy and delicious , the lemon butter pesto Branzino was so good don’t get me started on the server.The server assistant Ryan was so quick with bread and drinks very friendly!! Ally was amazing. She was so warmhearted, knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations and helped me decide when I was being indecisive I WILL BE BACK just for her !!

With that being said we also had no refills or silverware as well as the server not getting a simple drink order. They were not even busy at dinner. The food was terrible as well. Meatballs and sause have bitter tastes to it. The food is way over priced and the quality they used to have us completely gone. Oh and I would like to thank the manager that did not check on any tables.

He’s the best waitress by far and we always feel treated like family here!! The food is absolutely delicious and the option of taking a whole plate home just for $10 is just so great!! - EAElaine AustinNov 7, 20252.0My husband and I were at Carrabba's on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh, NC last night (11/6/25) to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious, but our server was very unattentive. First, we ordered cocktails and had to ask the person who brought our salads where they were. She immediately delivered them, so they must have been waiting at the bar for pick up. Then, he never came back to offer us drink refills, or to check on our food. As we were finishing up, we had to flag him to request take out boxes. We actually saw Eduardo L. standing around not working several times during our visit. It then took him 5+ minutes to return with the boxes, and another 5+ minutes to bring our check, and another 5+ minutes to take our payment. All in all we felt very unimportant to our server, thus to Carrabba's. On another note, when we went online to go on their waiting list, we marked that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, but nothing was even said by the hostess or our server. We will not be going back there again.

The bread and herbs they bring you at the beginning of every meal is different from any other restaurant in that it is so flavorful. They're pasta dishes are wonderful, you can't go wrong with the salmon and mama's sicilian soup can't be beat. I have never ordered something here that I did not enjoy. Whenever I walk in here, it's clear they are happy to see me and I appreciate that welcome. Ryan is a fantastic manager. He is kind to his employees and it shows. I have also seen him cook in the kitchen when it was very busy, so he can wear any hat in this restaurant. I highly recommend Carrabbas 👌 ☺️
