I’m landing at 4 stars—solid, but their online ordering system is still a mess, so I refuse to use it. Called the store directly and the person who answered was friendly, patient, and got everything right the first time. I asked for extra Thai Curry sauce on the side and they hooked it up with a very generous portion - no skimping, no upcharge, no attitude. Order was ready in the time they quoted, still piping hot when I got home, and everything was packed neatly. Quick comparison on the sauces I tried: Asian Zing is good if you want that sticky-sweet heat with a strong ginger kick, but Thai Curry is on another level and easily wins for me. It’s got that perfect balance of sweet, spicy, creamy coconut, and bright lime that just keeps me coming back. The restaurant was noticeably clean when I walked in counter area spotless, floors not sticky, staff smiling and helpful. Only downside was the parking lot; even on a weeknight it was pretty full, but that’s more about the shopping center than the restaurant itself. For anyone in North Raleigh or heading up from Wake Forest, this is by far the most convenient BWW around, and the staff here actually makes the experience pleasant. I’ll keep calling in my orders and skipping their confusing website. If you haven’t tried the Thai Curry sauce yet, do yourself a favor—this location will treat you right.

I stood directly in front of it and could see multiple employees in the kitchen and they could see me, and they just went about their business. Why not have a designated person working the register like literally every other restaurant?
