  This place is awful I had the worst experience being my first time ordering from here , the staff was not welcoming, I was not greeted , it took a team member 5 mins to come to the front counter all 4 men was in the back, I was given the wrong order so when he ask what name for the order, then I had to wait another 10 mins when I been had ordered my order online and my order was suppose to be done at 7pm , when my order was finally handed to me I was never apologized to for the long wait , I asked do you have a number where I can call , the team member stated you can just do the review , I'm very big on customer and this experience was one of the worst I have had at any fast food restaurant I been to , my chicken was over cook and I was not given the veggies stinks that was suppose to be with my order because the employee stated the change things and they don't give them with meals anymore I'm highly upset and want a refund my order # is 1010030 , I'm going to have WRAL NEWS come out to the this location to see the poor customer service and how they have customers just waiting at the counter for long periods of time , something has to be done at this location I was really amazed to experience this because of the area that this location is in . The employees just turn and look at u from the kitchen and continue to do what there doing and no acknowledgment what type of service is this .

  I asked for mild ALL flat wings but end up with chopped up chicken fingers, smothered with spicy sauce. I was looking forward to a good meal but end up being a disaster, horribly wrong.

  So I guess we should’ve trusted the reviews. We found a hair in the food and apparently the refund process is long and tedious. As far as I can remember, this is my first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings and likely will be the last. I’ll happily take down this review if I can get my money back. This was a gross experience.

  I called in a to-go order on a weekday evening at the Buffalo Wild Wings on Falls of Neuse in North Raleigh, and it was exactly what I needed after a long day. I’m landing at 4 stars—solid, but their online ordering system is still a mess, so I refuse to use it. Called the store directly and the person who answered was friendly, patient, and got everything right the first time. I asked for extra Thai Curry sauce on the side and they hooked it up with a very generous portion - no skimping, no upcharge, no attitude. Order was ready in the time they quoted, still piping hot when I got home, and everything was packed neatly. Quick comparison on the sauces I tried: Asian Zing is good if you want that sticky-sweet heat with a strong ginger kick, but Thai Curry is on another level and easily wins for me. It’s got that perfect balance of sweet, spicy, creamy coconut, and bright lime that just keeps me coming back. The restaurant was noticeably clean when I walked in counter area spotless, floors not sticky, staff smiling and helpful. Only downside was the parking lot; even on a weeknight it was pretty full, but that’s more about the shopping center than the restaurant itself. For anyone in North Raleigh or heading up from Wake Forest, this is by far the most convenient BWW around, and the staff here actually makes the experience pleasant. I’ll keep calling in my orders and skipping their confusing website. If you haven’t tried the Thai Curry sauce yet, do yourself a favor—this location will treat you right.
