I said hello but he barely spoke, I asked how his day was going. He said pretty good with little enthusiasm. I always have to give my rewards phone number. No one ever asks me for it. Which is fine I guess. It’s sad how friendly customer service had all but gone. It’s not difficult to teach people to smile and be friendly and set a warm welcoming atmosphere. especially managers, and cashiers, they set the tone for the atmosphere. There was a new girl about 3 weeks ago who was very friendly, But today, if I wasn’t so hungry and set on a bagel, I would have left. The atmosphere was so uninviting. There’s one guy who cooks, his name is Anton, he is always so friendly. Even remembers my name. He was not there today, but he is always friendly and welcoming, I don’t like to post negative comments, and I started to tell the man that it wouldn’t hurt to smile. But I decided to let management do their job and tell him.

Reply: I attempted to call the store at least 20 times that day and it never was picked up. Delivery driver was handed the bag with the 2 bagel sandwiches. No coffee. Waited for the coffee, was handed the coffee, and then realized there was no cookie. One of my bagles was burnt, the other one was under cooked. Like holy crap do you have incompetent children working for you on Saturday?

I asked before I left if they were sure there was 13 in the box since there was a lot of confusion with having to change out the bagels and I was assured there was but I'm now getting home and counting 12.
