  Me encantó lo que pedi, Double- Stack Turkey Sausage, Cheese and egg Sabrosooo. Mi esposo pidio bagel brisket sabrocisimo de verdad vengan y verán q no se van a repentir y los precios está buenos.

  Online order placed the night before for 6-7 bagels, for scheduled mid-day pickup the following day. Confirmation email that evening and the next morning with receipt. Upon arriving, none of the bagles were prepared. Additionally, three different bagels were unavailable/out of stock, even though this specific location was selected for the online order. I was asked to replace the unavailable ones with a new one, which I could not do for two of them. When I asked to just omit 2 bagels, I was told they can't refund me. Instead, I should visit "the website where I ordered" for a refund. But it's the Bruegger's website? The point of ordering ahead was missed; the ability to rectify the order was nonexistent; the ability to refund money by the same company to whom I initially paid was nonexistent. I have not yet tried the website to see how easy it is to get a refund. But I suppose that while I'm waiting for the 6 bagels I asked for over 12 hours ago, sitting here for who knows how long, I can give it a shot.

  I have eaten at Brueggers Bagels for years and although the prices have always been very high I continue to do so. I’ve always gotten the same thing. Ham and Swiss on a plain bagel. (Over 30 years) My boyfriend and I used to get a ham and Swiss and a plain bagel and split the ham and Swiss because it was too much ham. Now you get one slice of Swiss and 3 thin pieces of ham. Maybe they could have cut back to 5 or 6. It’s difficult to taste the ham now🤷‍♀️. But alas… I still go.

  I'm in love with the Herby Turkey! I didn't know cream cheese & sun dried tomatoes were such a wonderful combination. Top it off with the turkey, lettuce & red onion.....amazing 😋. My only complaint was that almost every table & booth were dirty with crumbs. I had my order to go, but I wouldn't want to eat there looking at a dirty restaurant.

  The food is good. The last two Sundays after church was stopped here before we've gone to the gym for a scheduled appointment. It's the second week in a row then the two napkin dispensers in the restaurant were empty and I don't understand why there's only two. Almost all the tables were dirty. Last week the trash was heaping this week two employees did the trash together. I would think the trash could have been one person and the other person could have wiped off the tables and refilled the napkins. Again we came back for the food... But is this really a going concern the walls need a good scrub or a paint job in the carpet tiles are absolutely filthy. The last thing it would be nice if there was actually a recycling container for all the plastic that gets thrown away in the trash. Two weeks in a row just had to throw our apple juice bottles away in the regular trash. It makes me think that this company isn't thinking about the environment at all. Just some thoughts good eating and happy holidays everybody
