The girl who took my order was very pleasant so that's why you got 2 rather than 1 stars. Plus, there's a weird smell when dining in.

When my mom came in the door, she almost slipped on the wet floor. All the employees were very unfriendly, as if they were upset that we came in soon before they close. We ate there and the tables were dirty. The ladies room bathroom was filthy. And there was absolutely NO hand soap. The soap dispenser was missing from the wall. I was hoping to wasn’t also the employee bathroom. Gross! As we were leaving, the girl was mopping the floor again. Super slippery and they were very lucky that we didn’t slip and fall. Never again will I go to a bruegger’s bagels!
