I went there and ordered at the register and was waiting for 15 minutes or so, then I went up to the cashier lady who took my payment and she had a very bad attitude with me while explaining I had to order first “where everyone else was”. She tried making me feel like I was in the wrong instead of her poor attitude and instructions. On top of that, the food was disgusting. Won’t be going to a breugers bagels again. Panera is way better

I've been in three times recently and live to see them interacting with the regulars and the newbies just the same. I will say, it does seem that the Bagels have gotten smaller over the years. But, still the same great taste! Kudos to the great team at BC!
