The food is always fresh, the coffee is consistently great, and the service is outstanding. Every employee I’ve interacted with for the past 4 years has been nothing but friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The woman at the register is very nice and professional, and handles a high stress environment with grace and a smile. Some people cannot handle a strong personality and resort to leaving bad reviews to feel better. The Manager is so good and handles situations and problem customers impeccably. Even during the busy morning rush, they handle everything with patience and a positive attitude. Most people will never go out of their way to leave a good review, only when they feel salty and butthurt about an experience without consideration. If you want a spot with great bagels, great coffee, and a team that truly cares about their customers, this is the place. Highly recommend it—five stars all the way. Caribou (nearby) sucks.
