When we walked in, they knew her by name, knew her order, and spoke to her with such kindness. I wish I would have gotten the 4 employees names who were working behind the counter because they go above and beyond to check on her, watch out for her, and always make sure she is doing well. It really made our day knowing that she is treated with such respect and class every time she goes there. The jalapeño cheese bagel was amazing and they even brought out extra jalapenos because a couple feel off while toasting. Thank you Brueggers in Brier Creek! You have fans in Florida and most definitely customers for life!

I think I was 6th or 7th in line this morning but with 3-4 people behind the counter prepping orders the line moved quickly. Everyone was really nice especially the blonde cashier woman. Onion bagel was fire. Good amount of cream cheese today. I wish you guys would add mobile ordering ❤️❤️
