INCIDENT: 11/19/25 at 3:34PM
I live right in the neighborhood. My 6 year old decided she wanted dirty rice & a biscuit.
I was greeted at the speaker, followed by my order being taken.
I waited in line for close to 10mins. No problem.
I get to the register & ask if I can add a SINGLE biscuit to my order.
The young lady (who wore AirPods in her left ear.. professional right?) proceeded to huff & puff as if I asked her to loan me money!
I said “no need to add anything, it’s ok. No problem”
SHE STORMED OFF LIKE A CHILD!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will never return!!! Disgusting customer service.
I’m so sick of people acting as if you filled out the job application for them!!!!!

went through the drive-through today, had a fine experience with the man taking orders in the parking lot, but when I got to the window, I said hi, how are you, and got zero response, she shoved a drink in my face, then the card reader, then another drink, and then my food. Then I said, thank you you, have a great day, and again got zero response. if you are going to be the first face somebody sees at an establishment, you should be greeting somebody with a hi how are you, and a smile. Everything else was fine, this ticked me off. Zero customer service, zero response, should get zero stars.
