  I was going to go back in and complain... no need they have to know, they have to . I am sure that I am not the only one not happy with their food. The Cajun filet biscuit was hard/dry and had absolutely no flavor. I was VERY disappointed. I don't eat a lot of different fast food just Bojangles and Cook Out. My two favs I may keep going to Bo... just not this one. Oh, one more thing the young man at the window customer service was good....

  I enjoyed this meal so much! The chicken was fried to perfection! The mashed potatoes were definitely mashed! Don't get me started on how fresh the mountain dew was! I was so full off my 3 piece! I'll be back! The customer service was amazing. Please and thank you were used.

  I'm not posting this to hurt Bojangles. I love Bojangles. But y'all need to know there's a homeless person burning 2 little cans. He's messing up your building! I nicely ask him to leave and your Manger did too. He just stays anyway. So l call the police watching him as l did. He got up and left then. He also had the trashcan moved. There is also a plug there. I really advise y'all to hire security. This place really needs it. Not only is it bad for your business but that man could have burn himself up. That manager said that man does this alot. Please can you do something about this issue. The police have bigger things to do. Thank you! I love Bojangles biscuits! Update: Found out security don't get here till 8:00 Am. That homeless person knows that and leaves. He was even inside Bojangles when I got there! He is a danger to himself inhaling all that smoke under a blanket which he could get burned. I talked to the security who got there at 8:00 Am. Hopefully this can be nipped in the butt. Because it only draws more people that would do this. I don't mind helping homeless people. But they got to see that they can't just do anything they want to. This is a place of business. The other is employees throwing paper towels down the Women's toilet. I have spoken to some there. Paper towels are not for the toilet which could stop it up. Also using their foot to flush the toilet. It will mess them up. There's also a toilet there that's been out of order now for 2 days. That's bad because there's only one toilet working. I'm here to help Bojangles. I have lower the Atmosphere here cause people on speaker phones. Talking loud. I seen one man vape. Of course I told Teresa that works there and she told them no vaping in here. He was also the one with this speaker phone on wide open. Just no respect for other people!

  Horrible. Mac and cheese was the only good thing. Sprite had no flavor. Worst Bojangles ever
