- NRNick RyanFeb 4, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable. On February 4, 2026 at approximately 9:18 PM, I visited the Bojangles located at 4405 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC. The drive-thru employee working at that time (young male wearing a purple sweatshirt) was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He THREW my food at me, slammed the drive-thru window shut, and when I attempted to ask a simple question, he gave me attitude and shut the window again. This is not a one-time incident. I experienced the same behavior from this exact employee one to two weeks ago. This is a pattern, not a bad day. After waiting roughly 25 minutes, the portion I received was embarrassingly small and poorly prepared, it honestly looked like it belonged in the trash. Between the service, the food quality, and the wait time, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. I used to work at Bojangles years ago as my first job, and never in my life would I have had the audacity to treat customers with this level of disrespect. This employee should not be working in customer service. This needs to be his last shift, and he should not be employed by Bojangles again and deserves to be let go. Management seriously needs to rethink their hiring and training process. I will not return to this location, I will be requesting a refund, and corporate will be hearing about this. Bojangles!!!! Do better when it comes to hiring this younger self centered entitlement generation.
