They are fast, the food is normally fresh and hot. There have been some issues from time to time, but they are infrequent. Examples include undercooked biscuits, especially the Boberry ones, or a biscuit on the verge of being stale. This team seems to have very little turnover, and they appear to work together well. Some of the team members are especially good at working the window and being very cordial, almost giving you the feeling of a small-town local restaurant. Being in close proximity to Lenovo Center arena and Carter-Finley stadium, they are a favorite of tailgaters, so expect a circus on game days. This is a great go-to spot when you dont have time for a sit-down meal.

I ask at the window about the discount and the lady working the drive thru taking the orders looked at me mean and said next you need to ask for the discount when I am taking your order. I politely said I did ask for the discount when ordering my food. They need to slow down and make sure that they are listening to their customers and to treat them with respect. This is poor customer service on display.
