I had reserved two seats for the new year party including food. When I arrived 1 hour before the food service was to end, I saw the buffet was empty. I asked the manager if they will refill it and to my surprise he said no. It's not appreciable that you sell someone a ticket with food and not provide it. I then asked can I get a refund and the answer was sorry but no. Who would want to hear that on a new year's eve. We thought of staying a bit more to observe the party, the ad mentioned that it's a 21+ event but instead we saw families with kids aged 6-15 dancing. We thought this was an adult only event and did not go to others where it mentioned the event was considering a family ambience. All in all very dissatisfied with the restaurant, planning of the event, would not recommend it. Just went thinking it had a good rating but turned out to be a disaster.

Advertised a New Year party 2026 with an Indian dinner buffet of 20+ items, but what we experienced was completely misleading and unacceptable. When I arrived with my family and friends, only appetizers were served, and even those were not refilled properly. There was no rice, no biryani, no rotis, and no proper dinner items at all. When we questioned the staff, a server said the manager would come and speak to us—but no one ever showed up. Later, my friend spoke directly with the lady owner, who was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to accept any responsibility, showing no concern for customers’ disappointment. Many guests were visibly upset and left early. Instead of addressing the issue, the restaurant ended the dinner service 30 minutes early and turned on loud music, seemingly to distract people from the missing buffet and push everyone to dance. This felt like a deliberate attempt to cover up poor service rather than fix it. Overall, this was a misleading New Year event, poorly managed, and a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly caution others before booking for any special events here.

We went as a group of six, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I had recommended this place, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Some items from our order were missing. When we politely informed the waitress, she apologized and said she would get them. Instead, the chef came out and was very rude, insisting that nothing was missing and repeatedly saying she had counted and that we were wrong. Eventually, it became clear that the butter naan was still missing, yet there was unnecessary arguing over such a small issue. This behavior was upsetting and unprofessional. A simple apology and correction would have resolved the matter, but instead it ruined our evening. Overall, we had a terrible night.

New year Eve party tickets sold for $54 general admission advertising grand buffet including 20+ items in Eventbrite and serving appetizers on the menu for the customers felt like a huge disappointment. WHY??? WHAT A SHAME better inform what you advertise not making false advertising. Nobody expecting from the owners to arrange a big buffet but Indian restaurant folks…people would expect naan or roti one curry and rice at least come on whoever planned it have no clue on handling the event. Management unprofessional BIG MISTAKE taking tickets for the event. DJ did try his best to cheer up the crowd and big kudos to service team and bar team did try the best good service. Manager please take responsibility and again plan in a better way at least inform what would be offered so customers are well prepared.

Absolutely Impeccable Dining Experience! My boyfriend and I chose Bazil for our Christmas Day meal, and we couldn’t have been happier that we did, as it far exceeded any hopes and expectations. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with genuine warmth and welcomed by every member of the staff. The place is beautifully decorated, and pictures don’t do its ambience justice. We were taken care of by the most charming young man, who epitomized exceptional service. I have minimal exposure to Indian cuisine, and was blown away by this unique and delicious culinary experience. First, our drinks came, which were the pinnacle of cocktail mixology. I had the Lychee Rose Petal Martini, and my partner had the Sharabi Mango Lassi. The rose petal cocktail was light and botanical, so lovely as if I were sipping on a rose. The mango was tropical and very tasty, and light enough to enjoy with a meal. For the appetizer, we selected the Vegetarian Appetizer platter, which was perfectly battered and fried. I preferred the spicy cauliflower bites the best, whereas my boyfriend loved the spinach fritters. For the main course, I went with the Badami Malai Surf & Turf, and he opted for the Apricot Glazed Sea Bass. It was my first time trying lamb, and it was wonderfully spiced and perfectly cooked. The giant shrimps were tender, and the chicken was also delicious. But then…there was the sauce. We have all had a great sauce, but this sauce touched upon the divine. Rich, creamy, and nutty with just the right amount of spice, it was so scrumptious that if I were at home, especially if I was alone, I would have licked up every ounce. To accompany our fantastic meals was amazing Basil Garlic Cheese Naan, which was simply one of the most delectable pieces of bread we have ever tasted. It would be safe to say that Bazil single-handedly transformed my taste for Indian Cuisine. Thank you for making our Christmas Day outing spectacular. We can’t wait to explore more of your incredible menu.
