Person working the register was flippant and refused to look at my confirmation number or even look for the cakes. Would not even offer any suggestions to resolve the issue. I called the company number directly and after holding for over 30min was given no help because this location is a franchise. So beware ordering from this location. After all this went back in to ask for the manager’s availability so I could get my refund. The employee actually decided to do their job and look for the cakes and found the cakes were there the whole time. Absolutely will not use this location ever again

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
