The young lady that eventually took my order at register when to clean the bathrooms and notified employee on drive thru....employee on drive thru didn't even start my food until all cars were gone from drive thru lane was at least 15 minutes after I was just standing waiting on my food. I even did the survey and asked Arbys to reach out to me which they never did so guess used to that service at this location.
