Rude and really don't care about customers won't ever be back I rather starve thanks but no thanks price kept changing and for some reason I couldn't get a receipt

The girl at the drive through was extremely rude and she gave me a shriveled up black tiny patty on my burger and no receipt. I should’ve went to McDonalds across the street.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered uber eats: 2 beef and cheddar, 2 2 piece potato cakes, and a small curly fry. Received order with none of the sides requested, random mozzarella sticks instead, and 2 beef and cheddars that were made entirely wrong. Neither sandwiches came with cheese sauce and randomly had lettuce, onion, and tomato. Ordered from this location specifically so beware as I haven’t had as many issues with other arby’s locations. Very disappointed. Everything pretty much gross and inedible.

Very rude employee didn't give me a refill of strawberry lemonade and claimed it was because of a "health code violation." I've worked in many resturants and have never heard of such a policy. Its perfectly fine to refill a drink as long as there is no cross contamination. She clearly just didn't want to refill my drink and lied, or she is very misinformed on food safety. I even looked up Arby's policy and there's no rule on not taking refills.
