    My partner and I have used just about every service available from this Food Lion location (in-store shopping, in-store/curbside pickup, and delivery). The short of it is that the in-store experience is good, curbside pickup is not great, and (not to sound rude) delivery feels like gambling away my money. I have no complaints on the in-store shopping experience. Staff were kind, did good work, and it was pretty easy to find everything. Curbside pickup was our usual go-to, but we found that some items were often incorrect or missing, without any notice of substitution or refund. Another policy which is a little off-putting is that curbside pickup is not available after dark. We found this out after waiting for 10 or 20 minutes in our car, when an employee approached us and informed us of the policy. After dark, customers need to come into the store to get their items, then bring them out to their car themselves. It isn't a huge bother, and I am sure there is a good reason, but being left to speculate makes me wonder if customers are being put at some form of risk (not that the employees should be either, the point is that no one should be at risk). As for delivery, it is handled by InstaCart, and is unreliable at best. We ALWAYS received our order with missing or substituted items (without having been asked, contacted, or notified). Multiple times, we just received the wrong order entirely. One time, because the value of what we received was significantly less than what we paid, we reached out to customer support to see if some sort of refund could be issued. Their response was "I am sorry, but we cannot help you with this issue, please call *some number I cannot remember*." Needless to say, we no longer use the delivery service from this location.
