I nearly got ran over in the crosswalk while riding the handicapped cart by a person on a motor scooter, and he argued my husband and I down that he did not have to stop. When getting to the car, one of the workers was really sweet and apologized for what had happened and returned the cart for me. From past experience only go during the day, the night folks come out in their crazy stage and its not safe.
