  It was the worst experience grocery shopping of my life the cashier was rude, the manager was not helpful. I have never been so traumatized while grocery shopping.

  If I could give negative ratings on this store I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD!!! I was racially profiled and stopped by a BALD bored African- American man who had nothing else better to do with himself around 8:40-9:00pm on January 22, 2026 in this store without cause. No evidence. No explanation. Just assumptions and abuse of authority. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional, discriminatory, and inexcusable. This was not customer service or loss prevention, it was bias on display. Management should be embarrassed that this is the standard they allow. I go out my way to specifically shop at this Food Lion, but after tonight i’m DISGUSTED and DISTURBED. He first LIED saying he checks EVERYONE receipts, he in fact did not. He only checked my mother and I because our cart was full of groceries we PAID full price for, he even halfway ignored a lady who needed more important help to HARASS us about our order, i’m highly disappointed and hope he reaps what he sow!!! A SHAME!!

  I shop at this particular Foodlion because of the employer name Roger that works there he is that store!! he’s always smiling and willing to help everyone his customer service is over the top but I will say that there is a handicap lady there that is very rude!! so the 5 stars I gave was because of Roger id give him 100 stars if I could hire more people like him

  Tell your deli people to use tonsils instead of their hands when handling cooked food. 😤🤮 Yall just lost a loyal customer 😪 AND teach them how to properly wash their hands. Just water doesn't suffice!
