- DKDawn KanuppMar 21, 20261.0Service is terrible and non existent at this location, at drive through window the servers do not greet or speak to customers. After waiting 15 min for an order of 10 count munchkins, a lemonade and hot coffee, we still had not been spoken to our approached. When I finally got someone's attention, gave them the order and asked how much longer we had to wait, the server turned her back on me and chatted with a coworker. I could see our order lined up, I just needed to get it and pay. After calling into the store window, they asked me to pull around, I declined and gave them the order again, the staff member closed the drive through doors on me and turned her back again. The staff was extremely unprofessional, order was never received and based on other reviews, incorrect orders and awkward staff interactions seem to be the norm at this location. One star is generous but required to rate. Will never return and do not recommend!
