  Today 3/29/2026 at 11:53AM I drove off extremely upset, not only want my food cold but the blonde young lady who was working the drive thru , left my child and I waiting in the car for 20 mins before she asked us to park and told me she would bring me my order. If she was not going to do so , she should not have said she would, I had a Uber Eats pick up, to which I came though the drive through to pick up, she told me they usually can’t give orders through pick up; I explained I have my baby in the car and she said oh no problem, if you can park I will bring it out to you.. we waited and waited, until 20 mins passed and I saw my order just sitting there, I eventually got out my car and got my baby out and went into the store and got my order, the blond girl said NOTHING .. not a sorry or nothing.. it’s one thing to say you can’t do something, but then to make a mom and small bat wait in a car for 20 would have been longer if I didn’t go in is crazy! I hope someone does something about this. I can already seen people complain about this location often. I won’t be back.

  Had to wait 30 minutes for a box of Joe. I thought this was a coffee shop? Krispy Kreme next time never going here again.

  They don’t greet you when you walk in. Just dirty looks. One girl had her whole thong showing. Some wear gloves, some don’t. The ones that did were touching and texting on phones with the gloves on. Slow service. I ordered inside both times and they had my food and drink sitting off to the side and kept towards the back so I couldn’t ask for my things. They operate like they don’t know what to do. In the food industry you should look put together and clean. Not like you just hopped out of bed. And it shouldn’t have taken 15 min for me to get the things I ordered. Nothing in there takes 15 minutes. Mind you my order was ready they just didn’t hand it to me. I had to ask for it behind the counter. I won’t be going back.
