- KRKim RyanMar 25, 20261.0Well I went here and got a milkshake. I noticed there was a hard black substance in it, a bunch of little pieces. When I got home I strained it and it smelled like partially ground coffee. Why there would be coffee in my chocolate milkshake, I'm not sure. Also, the water is gross, obviously not filtered, which makes me wonder what the teas and coffees are made with 🤮 Very disappointed.

The manager and everyone who works here are BEYOND amazing, they greet me like family every time i walk in & i honestly feel like they’re family at this point. They make my mornings so special! I would NOT go to any other Dunkin other than this one. The manager is ALWAYS on it, always making sure her customers are happy & taken care of. This dunkin needs more praise & so do the workers!!!! 10000000/10. If anyone has ever given this place or the workers here a negative review, it’s not true!!!!
