  you would expect some class, yet unsure if shes the shift lead or manager but her attitude is NASTY and rude. (Short woman) makes you not want to support this location. Definitely needs get a reality check. Theres a new location that opened definitely support that one instead of this messy nasty location. Everything is also so sticky, and just nasty.

  Both women at the counter making the food & taking payments had the nastiest attitude. I would like to say they need immediate retraining but im not sure if that is possible. The store is gross and no one could sit at the tables because of the food and garbage everywhere. For the price of the food you should mimick the service & hospitality of Chick Fil A.

  The experience at this chipotle is very hit or miss. There is a certain employee (middle aged woman with grey dreads) who is very rude and seems to affect the whole crews mood and teamwork. Today when I went for lunch she was talking to the next customer before even finishing my bowl at the toppings section of the line. Every time I have been here while she is working, the experience is bad and the food portions are not right (not even the protein, toppings which should be fine to ask for extra). Shout out to one of the employees who wasn't there today, he always takes his time with each customer and is extra nice.

  Honestly don’t know why I keep going to this Chipotle. By far the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Just convenient because I live close. Every time I go they are always so skimpish on their serving and it’s an issue with the employees every time you ask for a little more. It’s just the look every time you ask. The are all rude, always seem just miserable that they are there and it rubs off on their customers. I ate inside one time and they were literally cussing at a customer causing a scene because the guy was asking for a little more and said something about them only putting a half spoon of everything he requested. I know every chipotle I’ve ever went to they always serve a full spoon. Just seems they don’t want to have to cook anymore, or chop anything else. Terrible chipotle.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I placed a mobile pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 9:00 PM, but it wasn’t ready until 9:45 PM. When I arrived, there was a long line of customers all waiting on mobile orders with no communication from staff about what was going on. No updates, no apologies nothing. Employees were walking around casually and told us they were “waiting on chips,” and I had to ASK which honestly made the situation more frustrating. I’ve never had to wait 45 minutes for a mobile order at any Chipotle before. It defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. From what I observed, it seemed like there was a lack of urgency and organization. Making chips should not take that long, especially when there are so many customers waiting. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. I hope this location improves communication and takes mobile orders more seriously in the future.
