  I'm not sure what size they think a burrito is supposed to be, but 4 inches is small. Also, where is the meat? I didn't want "double" but the portion I received was laughable. The chips are stale. WHY?The salad wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go back, not worth my time or money

  Tables inside are FILTHY. Every single one. Happens most times I visit.

  In 10 years of regularly going to chipotle they tried to give me the stingiest double chicken I’ve ever seen with 2 baby scoops maybe adding up to 1.3 of a normal non double meat amount, then when I raised an eyebrow asking “is that double? “ She said “yeah it’s 2 scoops, do you want triple?” and I just walked out, I’ve been to chipotle way too many times to argue with someone who thinks that’s a normal amount for double chicken. If the management is pushing employees to be careful on over giving meat, it’s so far below the amount other locations give that they need to reconsider, or at least train employees to maybe start in the small end but add a little if the customer complains (which is how it works at most locations).

  Placed an order 3/19/2026 through the app for 4 people...1 burrito (double steak) and 3 bowls, bag of chips/salsa and bag of chips/guacamole. Total was like $57.00. Note, when you order online, they make it in the back where you can't see...When I got home, I opened my $14.75 bowl to find it about 2/3 filled and mostly rice. Barely any steak. I opened the other 2 bowls and they were the same. I took a photo of mine before I touched it (see attachment). Burrito with extra $5 "double steak" had a normal portion. Bag of chips was about 1/4 filled...you could count the chips in the bottom. I left negative feedback through the app and got a generic auto reply saying they hoped customer service resolved my issue. I then sent another report to them and have yet to hear anything. Will not be going back but if I do, I will order in person.
