- CTChad Tissue3 days ago1.0What are we doing guys? I am in town for one week for work.. I was driving around looking for something for dinner in a strange town. I saw chic fil a and I went through the drive thru. No line. Just me. I asked for a combo. Specifically asked for no tomato. And asked at the end of my order if I can please have a receipt because I need it for work to reimburse me. Get my food and say "receipt in the bag?" They say "yep!" Got to my hotel 10 minutes later .... No receipt. Tomato on my sandwich as well. Food is cold. Now I'm stuck paying for this when it is supposed to be my work paying for it. Just unacceptable service guys, come on. Edit: just had my first sip of beverage and the machine must have been low on syrup. Tastes bad.

I received my food and noticed I 1. Was missing my sauces 2. Ordered a 10 count chicken strips, instead got home and noticed they gave me 8 total strips.

Today, ordered a grilled ranch club from the drive through. Parked and started to eat, same thing, sandwich was ice cold. This time I took it back and had it remade. Got back to the truck, the sandwich was warm but was fried, not grilled. Also my grilled ranch club had no Ranch on it. Between this and the absurd traffic situation around there, I'll look elsewhere for lunch.
