  I’ve been a regular customer here for years and have always had great experiences with the staff. However, I was disappointed during my last visit regarding a rewards issue. I had a $10 credit and gave the server my phone number to apply it. He returned saying he wasn't sure about my handwriting (confusing 4s for 9s), charged me the full amount, and assured me the reward would still be there. Instead, I was charged the full price and only received a future $5 credit. After years of no issues, this was a frustrating experience

  Rhett was out server at Carrabba's on our 14 wedding anniversary. He was awesome. He was well versed on the menu and provided great service. He was able to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions throughout the night! He even make sure we got a piece of cake to celebrate!

  It was my boyfriend and I first time eating at Carrabba’s on Capital blvd in Raleigh, NC the food was absolutely delicious! I got the lasagne and Caesar salad combo. The portions were the right amount and hot and fresh! We also got Zucchini fries and chicken noodle soup as well 10/10 on everything especially the service. Bhett our server was very knowledgeable, nice and prompt about our food as well as drinks! I definitely would recommend to anyone to go and eat, you will not be disappointed!

  My husband and I are crazy about Italian food, so we seek out a Carrabba's Italian Grill as soon as we move to a new area. This particular restaurant did not disappoint. Each and every menu item that we ordered was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Now the service? Non-existent. Since we are in our mid-seventies, we have seen all kinds of service, or lack thereof. Even though the wait staff wasn't in their teenage years, they acted as if they were. Moving in circles or cliques, they appeared to be completely oblivious that customers were being ignored.

  If you like salty food, you’ll love this place. Ordered a specialty stuffed chicken entree, and took one bite—it was SO SALTY it was inedible. Sent it back — the manager tried the other chicken piece in my dish and came over and apologized. It was so salty I could not even consider ordering a replacement dinner due to residual taste. (And they said most of the meat entrees used the same seasoning) Please note I did not add any pepper or salt before tasting my entree, so the salt came from the kitchen. Had to ask for water repeatedly before the manager brought a cup over. My wife’s trout dinner was better (though salty) and was consumed. Her meal was comped and we left.
