  I came here with my wife to get something quick to eat. My wife wanted a medium whopper meal but small sprite. Mind you when we got there and I said the order she sighed heavily with an attitude. Very unprofessional. And she was politely in the passenger seat asking for a small sprite. The lady over the speaker got an attitude after I repeated my wife's order and said " THANK YOUUU! I can't here the second person!" With an attitude. At the point I had to restrain myself because I didn't want to upset my pregnant wife and escalate things but I highly disliked the disrespect and unprofessional behavior shown towards my wife. When we got to the window, we overheard her complain to her coworker about not hearing my wife. I don't mind coming here but I will not tolerate any disrespect towards my wife as well as the unprofessional behavior. It'll be a damn while before I come back here.

  This is the worst Burger King I have ever patronized, anywhere. My order is wrong so many times. The manager offers no apologies. Although this location is the closest to me, I will never order from it again. I encourage everyone in Raleigh to never patronize the Burger King on Avent Ferry in the Mission Valley Shopping Center, Raleigh, NC.

  Stopped in to get breakfast and the black girl working the cash register was rude and not friendly at all. I asked to add the maple bacon to my sandwich and she got an attitude saying you couldn't add it, yet on the menu it says you can add the bacon to ANY breakfast sandwich, obviously for an upcharge that I didn't mind to pay. It was only me and one other gentleman waiting on our food and the wait time was way too long and when I asked why it was taking so long she said bc they had mobile orders. Not to mention there was only one man making the food and he was struggling to keep up with the orders. The black girl whom I assume to be the manager didn't bother to go back there and help him at all. This location sucks! Next time I'll go to Bojangles.

  Staff took 10 minutes to figure out a meal deal that was on a sign right next to the speaker, Then I had a "round up" for charity charge without being asked, which is actually illegal. I'll be letting corporate know, because no matter the cost, it's principle!
