  This location is badly in need of a renovation and new chairs/benches as most have torn cushions. I was the only person eating in, when I arrived every table was dirty with 3 workers at the counter and no other guests waiting. Found the least dirty table & observed a dead roach under the table adjacent. During my 20ish minutes there, a girl did wipe the tables down, pushing the crumbs onto the (already food covered) carpet and concealed the bug from direct sight.

  Me encantó lo que pedi, Double- Stack Turkey Sausage, Cheese and egg Sabrosooo. Mi esposo pidio bagel brisket sabrocisimo de verdad vengan y verán q no se van a repentir y los precios está buenos.

  *edit* contrary to the suggestion to submit feedback electronically, you are better off visiting a different Brueegers. My review was left months prior to this edit and the location is as bad as it was previously. Given the great surrounding area of good businesses who take pride in good work, good service and doing things the right way, it is highly frustrating that this location appears to have, by choice, continued to stand athwart and have no intention of doing admirable work. Online order placed the night before for 6-7 bagels, for scheduled mid-day pickup the following day. Confirmation email that evening and the next morning with receipt. Upon arriving, none of the bagles were prepared. Additionally, three different bagels were unavailable/out of stock, even though this specific location was selected for the online order. I was asked to replace the unavailable ones with a new one, which I could not do for two of them. When I asked to just omit 2 bagels, I was told they can't refund me. Instead, I should visit "the website where I ordered" for a refund. But it's the Bruegger's website? The point of ordering ahead was missed; the ability to rectify the order was nonexistent; the ability to refund money by the same company to whom I initially paid was nonexistent. I have not yet tried the website to see how easy it is to get a refund. But I suppose that while I'm waiting for the 6 bagels I asked for over 12 hours ago, sitting here for who knows how long, I can give it a shot.
