The girl who took our order was rude, mostly unresponsive & unhelpful. We felt rushed to place our order (though there was only one customer behind us & another guy taking orders). She had an attitude the entire time & caught my partner off guard when she (rudely) asked “what bagel??” as we ordered off the menu & had never been asked before. When my partner was obviously confused, she pointed to the bagel wrack as a “here they are”. We obviously didn’t expect her to name every bagel but she could’ve been nicer about pointing them out. Unfortunately my partner got the wrong bagel as he felt rushed & flustered. Once I was ready to order, she was completely unresponsive. When our order was ready, she tossed our order on the table (though the other person was handing orders directly to customers) & quickly walked away. We understand Sunday mid-mornings can be busy & overwhelming but this experience was a HUGE turnoff, & as previously mentioned, it wasn’t busy when we were ordering! To add, the space is always limited & cramped. The lady at the register was wonderful & did redeem the situation a tad. Again, the food is always good but the service & atmosphere are always hit or miss, ruining the experience.

This is not the first time it's happened where the temperature is very very hard to work under. I believe last year went for days before stuff was repaired.
