    Spent almost $14 for a large shake and double beef and cheddar. The shake was completely melted like chocolate milk and the $7 double beef and cheese is the size of a single hamburger at McDonald's.

    Didn't bother to ask if we wanted any sauce. Slammed window before we could ask. Long wait for food. Very dissatisfied. Might just quit eating at Arby's for good.
