  I was in this Subway yesterday and the younger lady was extremely rude and dismissive. I never go into this Subway but I was getting my daughter lunch. I never liked this lady's attitude and that's why I have never gone back. The older lady was very courteous and welcoming. But, the other staff member almost got cussed out. If you want people to patronize your establishment and get better reviews hire people with better customers service skills..Thank you

  This review is for Subway on Fayetteville Rd (Hwy 401) in Raeford, NC. We’ve eaten at this location before and had no problem with the service. But on this day (7/6/24 at 7:30 pm), after we’ve placed our order and paid for it, one of the workers told us that we cannot dine in, the reason given was that they have already cleaned up the eating area. What the …. If you don’t want people to eat in, at least put a sign at the door or tell customers before they order. We argued with them, ready to cancel our order and ask for a refund. But they eventually allowed us to dine in. What were they thinking???

  11/18/2020 We had a horrible experience at this store this evening. My wife started calling the store around 8:15 PM and there was no answer. Since we live only a few minutes away, I drove over there, knowing that the store was open until 9:00 PM. When I walked in I was greeted with "The store is closed". The open sign was still on, the door was unlocked, and it was around 8:25 PM. When I mentioned that my wife had been trying to call in her order, I was told that management advised the workers not to take call-ins because people weren't picking up their orders. I asked to speak with a manger and was told there was no manager there. Soon thereafter, another young lady came from the back and took my wife's order. She was pleasant and I asked her for the name of the owner of the store. She said the owner's name is Ari. I smiled and told her that was my son's name too. When I exited the store, I was approached by one of the young ladies' father. "When it comes to my daughter, I don't play." LOL Unbelievably poor customer service and ignorant drama to boot. Definitely not worth the steak and cheese sub. Please serve our community better than this. More training is in order....
