  So helpful! Somehow my online order got switched to a different store and they were able to talk with the GM to correct everything and get our order ready in 10 minutes…whereas the other store down the road didn’t even answer the phone.

  I accidentally placed my order as a pick up order and had several kids at my house for a sleepover, but I was stuck at work. I called the restaurant and they changed my order To delivery and make them fresh pizzas. I am extremely grateful for everything they did.

  so i just had papa john’s tonight. the pizza was good! it was nice and hot but don’t get me started on the boneless wings. my daughter just wanted some good wings so she got some from papa john’s… tell me why her wings were raw and chewy. she couldn’t even enjoy her food because she was so disgusted. but it’s not like i expected much from papa john’s anyways.

  The Papadias I ordered we’re NOTHING like I’ve had at other locations. My order was definitely rushed and I would have rather been told you were closed. It was undercooked, had barely any meat, and was on regular pizza dough, not Parmesan crusted. Highly disappointed.
