  To artificially inflate drive-thru times, they instruct most cars to pull into parking spaces. The odds are high you won't get your order at all - I've been forgotten SEVEN times and have never received an apology despite being patient enough to wait 30+ minutes. This restaurant has a severe managerial issue and it's incredible that not a single manager has ever come out to check on a car that has been sitting for 30+ minutes. I will be making a longer drive to the other location that has not engaged in this behavior for months.

  Service is terrible! Customer service is trash!!! Daughter got locked in the bathroom. No one helped they all just laughed. Went another day, no ketchup in the whole store! It’s run like a zoo! Workers outside talking , smoking , inside they yelling playing around. It’s convenient to stop but I’m good. Tried to give them 3 chances. I’m done and this location sucks

  Honestly wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. I waited almost an hour for my food only to get barely warm food and jacked up cookies that looked like they were just thrown into the tote right from the oven (the tote itself looked to be in rough shape and when I went to put the cookies into a different container they essentially were broken or falling apart) I understand things can get busy and hectic but, if I'm going to be stuck waiting that long the food should at least be decent. It's been so inconsistent here so it'll be my last time coming here.
