They’ll swipe your card, then tell you there’s a wait, make you wait 30+ minutes, and when you try to go inside to inquire about your food.. the door will be locked. These folks show up to work and that’s about all they do. Eventually got our food, but only after going back through the drive thru to ask about it. Take a look at this food.

Got there and order had not even been started, saw no real shift leader directing things. Order was given to me incomplete, without one order of Bo-rounds. Also, this was at the beginning of the lunch shift and they were out of ranch. Shift leaders needed to control and direct and management needs to have enough product on hand...ranch is the most common sauce and should never run out.
