  Ive been to this location about 10 times and this is my evaluation: -Just opened yet the interior is very dirty. Trash everywhere, sticky tables/ counters, ect. -Expect to wait a long time whether its ordering inside or at the drive thru. It doesnt matter how busy they are or if they have a lot of employees, you will always be waiting a long time. -Everytime I order a sandwich, the bread is badly burned. The coffee is hit or miss. -Staff is extremely rude and will talk about you while you are still in earshot and that is where I draw the line. I wont be returning. I gave this location several chances and almost always leave dissapointed. Hire new help immediately.

  I’ve visited this Dunkin in Plymouth, NC more than once, and unfortunately each visit has been disappointing. The lobby was extremely dirty — chairs had food stuck to them, tables were sticky, and the overall environment felt unclean to the point where I didn’t want to touch anything.🤢 The staff also unprofessional. Employees were standing around in the back doing nothing at all instead of cleaning, and I did not see proper food-handling precautions like hair restraints or gloves. At least wash ur hands... 🙄 On a previous visit, inappropriate music was playing and staff were dancing twerking shaking their tails while preparing my drink in booty shorts, smh, which felt very unprofessional. The restrooms also poorly maintained and did not seem to be cleaned regularly. I ordered a drink, which tasted okay, I guess, but the cleanliness concerns honestly make me hesitant to even drink it. Very nauseous in my stomach. I'm scared I may get food poisoning.. This location might not be for you Dunkin, but if so, cleanliness and professionalism need serious improvement. This was not my first visit, but it will likely be my last unfortunately.. unless major changes are made....

  Stood for 20 minutes couldn’t get coffee. Wasn’t even crowded.

  Donuts that was bought especially the powdered donuts doesn't taste like they used to very hard 🤮 coffee 🤧
