    Waited 15 minutes to get the guy with the Afro and no hair net to come out the back to give me my mobile order. Literally made me late to my job. They make you sign a sheet with a dirty pen too to pick up orders. Guy was passive aggressive thank God this isn’t any subway I’ll ever have to go back to.

    They don’t even deserve half a star let alone one. Ordered through doordash. 2 sandwiches, drinks and chips. Both sandwiches missing cheese. Both had little to no meat on them even though one was supposed to have double meat. No mayo on either . The lettuce was not fresh and never received the drinks. On top of that the order took forever. No idea why when the sandwiches were haphazardly slapped together. The dasher updated me throughout the whole thing so I don’t blame them for the delay. This is by far the absolute worst Subway order I’ve ever gotten.

    Got food poisoning here twice in the last 12 months. First time, I had to reschedule a local contractor that was coming out to give an estimate on some work. When I eventually met up with him and mentioned I had food poisoning, he just said “Did you eat at that Subway next to Food Lion”? He said he also had food poisoning from there. Didn’t make too much of it the first time, but now it’s round 2… Staff is always friendly and the food tasted on par with other Subways. But something’s got to be going on with their food prep / storage / cleanliness, which is the most basic foundation everything else sits on top of
