  After repeating myself three times for them to understand my 2 item order, I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito with onions. What i received was a bean and cheese burrito with a bite of sour cream on one end and a bite of onions on the other. It did not contain any beef.

  I waited over an hour and a half for food and still did not get it. They refused a refund and we left with no food and down 50 dollars. The manager hung up on me when I called after about 30 minutes and the lobby was disgusting.

  I have recently eaten there with some friends when an elderly POC lady came in with her bag of food. I didn't think much about it when all of the sudden, this employee yelled at her at the top of his lungs. I don't recall exactly what the issue was but he told her that she got 40$ worth of food free? And he gave her a very small bag? What could possibly be that expensive? Anyway, he yelled at her like she was an animal rather then a human being. I also heard this female employee scream along with him. The other employees looked concerned/scared. I was too. I nearly choked on my chalupa lol. But even if she got free food, she did not deserve to be yelled at that way. No one does.i do hope they get better management the next time I go back. If not, I guess they'll continue to get one stars.
