  Placed an order via app and it stated my order would arrive at 7:53pm. Called them at 8:10 and asked the ETA was told “it’s on the way “ . 8:45 rolls around called again the cashier says “it’s still not there ?? Did you check your door?” As if I would have called without checking my door ! Than proceed to say “we use a 3rd party delivery so the door dasher must have stole your pizza” I ask what the solution is after waiting almost an hour past time of delivery “ we can have one of our driver send out another or give a refund which one you want ? “ atp I’m so hungry so I say send it. She than says “oh we ran out of pan pizzas you want hand toss or a refund because the pan will take an additional 30 mins to make “ ( I paid and extra $2 for original pan because that’s why I get pizza hut) I say well than my pizza won’t be here until about 10 she chuckles and says “yea pretty much” . I requested a refund and it still hasn’t hit my account. This is unacceptable from a business. Everything from customer service to getting the food was non existent. Not even anything for the inconvenience . The Apologies can be saved , do better !

  This store is always clean and the staff is wonderful ! The manager always speaks to us when we come in

  Staff was amazing and very courteous. Pizza was done as requested and they were on time. Love coming here!

  Made a online order that wouldn't give me the option for the wing flavor I was requesting so I asked the lady at the counter who responded I don't know how to complete the online orders so I ended up with flavors I didn't even want nor the option to request special instructions it would help if the employees was more knowledgeable about how the company they work for systems work I will not be back to this location .

  I order weekly and I’ve actually never had a problem with the service or the food. The only time there has ever been an issue is when I call and it makes me order through a call center. I really appreciate this location.
