  This is the smallest Dave & Busters I've ever been to but we still had a good time and the food and service was pretty decent so I'm not really complaining. I do wish it was a little bigger though lol.

  After a 50 min wait for our to be sent to our table l spoke to the manager (Dom) before the food came out. I asked him about ticket time and his response was 15 to 20min. When l told him that we were waiting 50min. Only 3 table had guest ordering food. Of which a party of 2 came in after our party of 3. They received their food eaten it and went to play games and we still had yet to see our plates. The manger (Dom) then said he only had 2 cooks. The bar was empty a party of 15, us a party of 3 and the couple that came in after us. Oh but I did see 6 orders go out for Doordash while we waited. We were totally disappointed in the service and the way Dom handled it. Incompetence of staff and management...

  It’s the top of the New Year and Dave and Buster’s has joined the club of blatant abhorrent behavior that some might consider racist. I went in to order food to go for one of my kids at the bar where the register is like every other location in America. I state “May I get a kids cheeseburger and fries to go” lady interrupts me and says you can’t order that here kids must eat at tables. I say “i know, it’s to go. It’s for my kids not me, I’m grown” yes the bartender is white but that made no difference to me at that time. I waited about 30-35 minutes for food that stated online would take 5-10 hence why I ordered one kid pizza at one place and said I can stop here real quick to get the other the burger she likes. Meanwhile, I’ve been waiting patiently. I see the same bartender. Wave over 3-4 white families to come sit down as soon as they walk in at the table of their choice. Two black families who were in line were walking in behind them. She stopped them and said wait by the kiosk. They stated it was no one there and there wasn’t. She said somebody will be with you shortly. Strike 2. After awhile Tall white guy assuming to be the manager walks out with my Togo back. Bartender whispers something to him, he look confused and walks back with my Togo food. Time has passed. I go to said kiosk and ask to speak to a manager so I can get a refund. It’s taking too long for me. My other child’s pizza is probably cold at the place I ordered by now. No one comes. Bartender returns to area with food for those dining in and my bag. She places the bag down to serve the people their food. Then walks toward me to grab a Red Bull for that table. Walking past said bag whole time. Manager and two staffers are standing at the kiosk watching. I look at them and they “act oblivious” . I ask the bartender is that my Togo food. She says oh yeah. Then walks back to get it…. I gave them a piece of my mind and walked out. I would not go to the Pineville location. It’s always dirty anyway. I know it’s convenient cause it’s by the mall but it’s not worth it. Go to another location or try Frankie’s, or the other numerous gaming locations for kids across Charlotte where you will not have to deal with that shit

  Stopped by with family to catch a college game, and just enjoy some shareables and drinks. The did was good, service good, but I think the games are rigged to take your money. Each time I tapped it would show amount available, but when I would go to another machine it would be off a few coins from the next tap. We went to an attendant to get help with s game rather than give us coins to play another game, he gave us 1000 tickets, that upset me because that's not what we came for. Ok, place I guess for a quick bite and drinks.

  Went here for a family members birthday in December. The place is very clean with clean bathrooms. The TV setup was great for watching the games. Service was mediocre but they really didn't have enough help. The food was terrible to me and camd out after at least 30 minutes. I ordered the chip and guac and it was not made correctly. It tasted like lemon juice, had chunks of red onion, and had very little real guacamole in it. No one liked it. Someone had a burger with almost raw bacon on it. The chicken wings were good. The spinach dip was decent. The drinks were weak but tasted good. They do not give any birthday perks. Personally I would not return unless I was there to watch a game and drink "juice."
