- GLGabryel LaurenceauFeb 28, 20261.0Just left this location, and the food service was HORRIBLE, we kept not getting what we ordered over and over, the waiter’s service was slow, the bar was even slower and I understand if you are busy but if you are going to take your time at least make sure the orders are correct. We didn’t even have time to go back and play, they completely forgot one member of our party’s order so she didnt get it until it was time to do the checks and dont get me started on the checks. Our waiter messed up every single one of our checks and I ended up paying for another member of our party’s meal. I even mentioned that I didnt get the fries that I ordered and i was gonna eat what I had but didnt want to get upcharged and ended up getting upcharged anyway. He was so lucky that I don’t believe in not tipping but it was not deserved at all. Please do better!!

Our server was exceptional and the managers checked in several times to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious too. The boys had a blast so I really appreciate everyone's help!

We will definitely not be coming back and going to the Concord one from now on. They need more help we had to wait an extremely long time just to pay our bill then their system wasn't working correctly and had to wait another extremely long time for a manager to come out and fix it correctly. A little bit of a wait is one thing but this was ridiculous. I've been to multiple locations but I've never had one That's ever been this slow before. Not sure who manages this one but they need to get someone here
