  This was by far the worst experience and food that I’ve had. The older woman at the front was very rude and seemed to be in a rush. She asked me if I wanted mayo , lettuce , tomato , mushrooms and grilled onions on my chicken cheesesteak. I made it very clear that all I wanted was grilled onions and cheese and that’s all. My sandwich was done in less than 5 minutes. I get home and open the box and on the sandwich is everything I said I didn’t want. This is terrible! Everyone in the back seemed to just want to get stuff done so that could stand around because the mall was empty. It’s annoying that I spend money and have to completely waste it because it was made onion. People who work in fast food want more money but can’t even give the proper service that come’s with the job. Whoever owns this locations needs to clean up shop and find people who pay attention and want to work because that team there is making him/her look terrible. If you are ever at Carolina place mall and need food and want good service, just eat out of the trash. Atleast you know what you are getting!

  The manager at the store is very rude and nasty Including the staff o ask the worker was he okay because he was rude the manager going to say to me I wouldn’t want nobody talking to my kid like that. I asked for bbq sauce they tossed my food at me and told me to get back in line and pay for the sauce I asked for a refund because I didn’t like the service and the manager refused. I would not recommend to spend your hard earned money at this location no on has good customer service a the food is not good!!!!!

  I got dinner here tonight and the food was hot & really good! But the service was great, the young lady working the counter was sweet & the food was fast!

  The lady at the register was a bit rude. She was on her phone on the ear piece when we walked up. We waited patiently for her to end her phone call. Then she decides to rush us and make a face because she misunderstood my order. We decided to just away and head to another merchant. Maybe it was just a rough evening. A little training may be helpful though. Friday, 10/10 at 6:30pm
